The IUP Center for Career and Personnel Preparation and the Family and Consumer Sciences Education program were happy to host the Western Pennsylvania Family and Consumer Sciences Summer Workshop at IUP in June 2025.
Teachers participated in hands-on, subject-specific training. Presenters included PaTTAN Pittsburgh, PSEA, Cheri’s Cakes & Cruffles, and local teacher experts. Participants received Act 48 hours and resources for their classroom.
It was a great day to network and collaborate with other FCS professionals.
